What you''ll be doing:

• Managing incoming calls and handling enquiries with confidence and professionalism
• Coordinating appointments, important dates and busy diaries
• Processing applications and maintaining accurate records
• Updating internal systems and managing confidential information
• Preparing, checking and proofreading important documents
• Liaising with clients and external organisations
• Supporting the wider team with a variety of administrative tasks
• Keeping files, records and day-to-day processes organised and up to date
