This opportunity is within their valuations department and will be focused on delivering valuation services across Norfolk.Your new role As the Senior Commercial Valuation Surveyor, you will deliver high-quality RICS Red Book valuations across a broad range of commercial asset types. The role involves providing expert advice for secured lending, financial reporting, acquisitions and disposals, development appraisal, strategic asset management and specialist valuation purposes. This is a senior fee-earning position requiring strong technical capability, commercial awareness and the ability to manage complex instructions independently. This role is based from home and you will be responsible for instructions across the Norfolk patch.What you''ll need to succeed In order to be successful for this role, you should be MRICS and a RICS Registered Valuer. You should have local market knowledge and proven ability to work independently. A full UK driving licence is required and you should be willing to travel to inspections in Norfolk.What you''ll get in return In return, you will receive a competitive base salary and uncapped commission on person
