The role is hybrid from day one with a balanced mix of office, site and home working. The position involves managing design information across two to three live schemes, coordinating drawings and specifications, supporting project teams and ensuring information is issued accurately and in line with programme requirements. Key responsibilities include coordinating consultant and subcontractor information, maintaining design trackers, supporting technical reviews, assisting with buildability discussions and keeping information flowing smoothly across all stakeholders. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the abili
