The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of IT delivery engineers. If you are an enthusiastic, cloud focussed specialist with a passion for customer service this could be the role for you. Main duties: Lead and inspire a team of IT professionals Develop and implement training programs Champion an customer- centric approach to service delivery Work closely with the IT Project Managers Create documentation and knowledge base articles Experience required: An ICT background within an MSP Technical expertise in IT infrastructure and systems administration with proficiency in networking, security and cloud technologies Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure and Backup solutions Full driving license Thjis is an excellent opportunity to join an extremely fast growth technology company with a nationwide presence.
