With a well-managed sales pipeline and Hubspot CRM, there are many opportunities for quick wins. This is a highly lucrative opportunity as commission is paid as 2% of all business you bring on (turnover), with contract values ranging from £100,000 to more than £1 million.Commission is uncapped but first years earnings are realistically £100,000 or more.Whilst a background in facilities management or maintenance services is ideal, more important is your hunger and ability to pick up a phone, engage with customers and follow a sales process.
