This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Management Accounts Manager/ Bookkeeper to join a leading independent lettings agency, based full-time in the client offices which are located in Canary Wharf. The role will involve full bookeeping, client accounting and management accounts, always ensuring the smooth running of the financial side of the business. Key Responsibilities Vendor and Client Management: Oversee financial transactions with vendors and clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations.
