An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Support Worker / Key Worker / Therapeutic Practitioner to join a specialist children s residential care provider supporting young people with SEMH needs through a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment. As a Residential Support Worker / Key Worker / Therapeutic Practitioner, you will provide emotional and practical support to young people who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), providing a secure, nurturing and therapeutic home environment. This full-time role offers a salary range of £16.00 - £17.50 per hour plus £60 per sleep-in and benefits. We are open to considering candidates on a Permanent, Temp-to-Perm, or Temporary basis. You will be responsible for: Building positive relationships with young people and acting as a consistent, professional role model. Providing therapeutic and relational support to help young people manage emotional, developmental and behavioural needs. Supporting the delivery and review of individual care plans, risk assessments and support strategies. Maintaining appropriate routines, boundaries and structures to encourage positive behaviours and personal development. Supporting young people with daily living skills, education, health appointments and community activities. Completing accurate records, daily notes, incident reports and other required documentation.
