This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional to join a busy Property Services team, providing high-quality administrative support and coordinating repairs and maintenance services across a housing portfolio. The Role As a Repairs Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring repairs are scheduled and managed efficiently, while providing an excellent service to residents, contractors and internal stakeholders. You will act as an important first point of contact for repairs-related enquiries and work closely with contractors and colleagues to ensure works are progressed within agreed timescales and service standards. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality administrative and customer service support within the Property Services team. Raise works orders for repairs and pest control. Schedule repair works according to priority and workstream. Liaise with contractors daily regarding work in progress and outstanding works. Monitor jeopardy reports and help ensure repairs are completed within agreed service levels. Manage work in progress to improve customer satisfaction and achieve a first-time-right approach.
