The Role As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical building services across the site, helping to ensure all systems operate safely, efficiently and reliably. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical building services. Maintain HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, valves and associated plant. Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical repairs and remedial works. Support the day-to-day operation of the building''s landlord areas and office spaces. Respond to breakdowns and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
