You will play an important role in helping to keep local communities clean by providing an efficient and reliable service to residents and businesses.This is a physically demanding position that requires a good level of fitness, as the role involves regular manual handling and heavy lifting. You will be responsible for collecting a range of waste streams, including general refuse, dry recycling, food and garden waste, and bulky items from both residential and commercial properties, while working safely and effectively as part of a team.Responsibilities:Carrying out scheduled waste and recycling collection rounds, ensuring collections are completed efficiently and accurately reporting any missed collections using the in-cab system.Safely loading waste and recycling containers onto the collection vehicle in line with safe working practices.Clearing any spillages that occur during collections to help maintain clean and tidy public areas.Returning emptied bins and containers neatly to the front of each property following collection.Assisting ..... full job details .....
