You ll be joining a team known for tackling challenging cases while supporting each other and fostering professional growth. You ll be working on a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters, including: Divorce and financial remedy cases Children Act proceedings Schedule 1 claims Nuptial agreements and family arrangements Surrogacy, LGBT+ family law, and complex cases such as abduction or TOLATA disputes Arbitration You ll manage your own cases, provide clear legal advice, draft key documents, advocate in proceedings, and work closely with senior colleagues.
