Employee Relations Consultant (Asia-Pac) Hybrid Working (x3 days in Uxbridge + x2 days WFH) 6-month contract £400 to £450 per day (via Umbrella) The Opportunity: A superb opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Employee Relations Consultant to join a leading global pharmaceutical organisation. Reporting to the Director of International Employee Relations (UK), you''ll support a broad range of complex ER matters and contribute to strategic business change projects across both the UK and Asia-Pacific region. This hybrid role is based in Stockley Park (Uxbridge) and you will be working closely with colleagues across China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore, where early morning starts will occasionally be required to support regional collaboration. Skills, Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 5 years'' experience in Employee Relations within a complex, matrixed, multinational environment. Strong knowledge of UK employment law; Asia-Pacific exposure highly advantageous. Languages: English essential; Mandarin and/or Cantonese highly desirable. Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. Degree-qualified (Employment Law or related discipline preferred). Confident managing sensitive ER issues with discretion and sound judgment. Proficiency in various IT applications (like Workday, ServiceNow and Office365) and case management systems would be useful.
