Job Responsibilities:Manage and develop the product portfolio, analysing performance, market dynamics and emerging trends to identify new opportunities and improvements.Lead end-to-end product development projects, from concept and feasibility through to launch, ensuring timelines, quality, and commercial objectives are met.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and brand owners ensuring competitive pricing, terms, and marketing support.Collaborate with brand owners and internal teams to plan and implement promotional, trade marketing, and category initiatives aligned with consumer activity.Conduct commercial and category analysis to inform decision-making, including pricing, margin performance, and promotional ROI.Work with internal departments including Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of all product initiatives.What are we looking for?Proven experience in Product Development
