Cityworx are recruiting an experienced Regional Manager with a strong background in Extra Care to lead a significant operational transition involving the TUPE transfer of nine Extra Care Schemes from an outgoing provider into the portfolio of an established care organisation. This is a high-profile, operationally focused role requiring an experienced senior manager who can take ownership of the transition, provide stability throughout the process and ensure the schemes are successfully integrated into the organisation. The successful candidate will need a detailed understanding of Extra Care and independent living, together with strong senior management, change management and project management experience. This is not simply a project coordination role. You will be required to provide strong operational leadership, manage complex stakeholder relationships and address the practical challenges associated with transferring multiple services and teams from one provider to another. Key Responsibilities Lead the operational transition of a number of Extra Care Schemes into the organisation. Take responsibility for the effective management of the TUPE transfer process from an operational perspective. Provide visible and experienced leadership throughout the month transition.
