Project Engineer / Project Manager - Mechanical

Salary: Up to -45,000 DOE
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 8:30am-3:30pm

Are you an experienced Project Engineer or Project Manager with a mechanical engineering background? Looking for a new opportunity where you can manage projects from initial design through to installation and commissioning?

We''re looking for a Project Engineer to join an expanding technical team, managing projects valued up to -600k.

• Producing 2D AutoCAD drawings, including general arrangements and fabrication drawings (3D advantageous).
• Carrying out site surveys and liaising with customers.
• Ordering parts and coordinating suppliers on costs, lead times and quality.
• Monitoring project budgets and costs to maximise profitability.
• Organising and overseeing installation teams.
• Managing deliveries, site logistics and project schedules.
• Arranging commissioning and ensuring successful project handovers.
• Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

• Minimum 2 years'' Project Engineering or Project Management experience.
• HNC in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years'' AutoCAD experience.
• 2D AutoCAD essential; 3D experience advantageous.
• Air systems or conveyor experience beneficial.
• Strong organisational, communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, suppliers and multiple projects.

• Salary up to -45,000 DOE.

• Early Friday finish at 3:30pm.
