What We''re Looking ForProven Scrum Master experience within financial services, investment management or another regulated environment. Strong experience implementing and embedding Agile practices rather than simply operating established frameworks.Excellent coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to engage confidently with teams at all levels, including senior leadership.
