Keyman Personnel are currently looking for an experienced Works Manager for a groundworks and civil engineering project in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently and keeping the project on programme. Duties will include: Managing day-to-day site activities. Supervising site operatives and subcontractors. Overseeing groundworks, drainage and associated civil engineering works. Coordinating labour, plant and materials. Monitoring progress against the programme. Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained. Liaising with the site management team. Requirements: Previous experience as a Works Manager on groundworks or civil engineering projects. Experience overseeing drainage and associated groundworks. Valid CSCS card. SMSTS or SSSTS.
