Solution holds an urgent requirement for an ambitious and talented Estimator to lead the estimating department within this small dynamic and progressive high-end property developer based in Potters Bar. We are working directly with the commercial director of the business. Our client is dedicated to the change we see in the property industry as it moves towards sustainable development and living options. Due to continued growth, they are looking for hungry estimators with sound experience and success of pricing within the residential new-build marketplace gained with either recognised house builders or developers. This is a 1st class opportunity to progress and grow within an innovative business offering genuine career development to grow into an operations role as the business grows. We are now seeking applications from BSc(Hons) qualified candidates with a minimum of 8 years post-graduate expertise on live residential projects. A 1st class opportunity awaits.Responsibilities

Lead the estimating department within the company and manage estimating activities for residential projects.Provide pricing guidance and cost planning for residential new-build schemes.Collaborate with the commercial director and other stakeholders to support project delivery and commercial objectives.Support career development within the team as the business grows toward an operational role.Qualifications
