The candidate will be working with the primary group and needs to have extensive experience in this field. Supporting pupils in managing their behaviour and emotions positively. Assisting with the delivery of engaging and differentiated learning activities. Building strong, trusting relationships with students to encourage participation and progress. Supporting pupils with literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills development. Working collaboratively with teachers, parents/carers, and external agencies. Promoting safeguarding, well being, and inclusion always.
