These are permanent roles with an immediate start for the right candidates.The RolesYou will be responsible for tendering MEPH packages on new projects and managing sub-contractor variation accounts. Projects are typically procured on a single-stage, two-stage, or negotiated basis.LevelPackage ValuesKey ExpectationsAssistant 1.5m - 8m Assist Senior BSQS in the tender process; learn to identify design risks and manage variation accounts with supervision.Intermediate 3m - 15m Assist in the MEPH tender process with minimal supervision; identify missing design information, propose value engineering, and reconcile tender recommendations.Senior 3m - 15m Deliver a robust tender process for all MEPH elements; provide input on client cost plan assessments using historical data and detailed take-offs.
