This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader with experience in paint operations, automotive, engineering or heavy manufacturing to take ownership of a facility, lead a team and drive operational performance. The Role As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running and overall performance of the paint facility, ensuring production targets, quality standards, delivery schedules and health and safety requirements are consistently achieved. You will play a key role in managing resources, developing your team, improving operational efficiency and ensuring all processes meet relevant quality, safety and environmental standards.
