Job Title: Temporary Resourcer / Operations Assistant
Location: Crick, Northampton
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour Start Date: Immediate Start
Working Hours: Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible options available)

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our day-to-day operations, ensuring our drivers and workforce are fully supported, compliant, and ready to go.
Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Support: Assist our operational planning team with day-to-day scheduling and coordination.
- Driver Communication: Make outbound calls to confirm upcoming shifts with drivers and maintain strong working relationships.
- New Starter Support: Act as the first point of contact for new starters, following up on any initial queries and guiding them through their onboarding.
- Compliance Admin: Handle essential compliance administration tasks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation meets company standards.
