We re expanding our Asset team and looking for a skilled and motivated Project Surveyor (Repairs and Defects) to help us deliver high-quality planned, cyclical, and service programmes of work. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team that s committed to improving homes and communities. As a Project Surveyor (Repairs and Defects), you ll focus on delivering a high quality, customer focused repairs service by diagnosing property defects, carrying out inspections, and specifying cost effective remedial works ensuring compliance with regulations and providing excellent customer service to residents and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Diagnose property defects, carry out inspections, and specify cost-effective responsive repairs. Manage day to day repair cases, ensuring works are completed promptly and to required standards. Liaise with contractors and in-house teams to monitor repair quality, performance, and compliance. Ensure all repairs adhere to health and safety legislation, building regulations, and organisational policies. Provide clear technical advice to residents, colleagues, and stakeholders throughout the repair process. Produce accurate repair scopes, manage work orders, and control costs within budgetary constraints.
