As a Project Surveyor (Repairs and Defects), you ll focus on delivering a high quality, customer focused repairs service by diagnosing property defects, carrying out inspections, and specifying cost effective remedial works ensuring compliance with regulations and providing excellent customer service to residents and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Diagnose property defects, carry out inspections, and specify cost-effective responsive repairs.
