You will work with students who may be disengaged from mainstream education, supporting both academic progress and personal development.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging, differentiated lessons (English, Maths or wider curriculum)Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needsBuild strong, positive relationships with studentsMonitor and record student progressWork closely with pastoral and behaviour teamsRequirementsTeaching or tutoring experience (AP, SEN or SEMH desirable)Strong behaviour management skillsPatient, resilient and nurturing approachAbility to travel between Romford and Basildon (car driver preferred)
