We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual eager to broaden their technical skills in a dynamic, high-performance environment. As a Functional Integration Lead, you will own the day-to-day technical delivery of functional integration and system verification activities for a programme or family of systems. You will support the Chief Systems Proving Engineer in delivering all compatibility, HWIL, and software integration activities required to integrate and test missile and munition equipment. This role involves interfacing with project customers and stakeholders to plan and achieve key design verification objectives, providing practical, hands-on input into integration and compatibility proving activities. You will be recognised as a senior technical lead within the programme, often mentoring a team of integration engineers and supporting skills development and knowledge sharing initiatives.
