OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to take a leading role our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The successful candidate will oversee kitchen operations, from menu planning to food preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests. There is freedom to be creative to help take the restaurant and experience to the next level. Duties- Support the Hd Chef in managing the kitchen and staff- Create and update menus in line with seasonal ingredients and culinary trends- Supervise food preparation to maintain high standards of quality and presentation- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to meet financial targets and customer satisfaction goals Qualifications- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team- Proficient in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food production and menu planning- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations- Excellent organisational skills to manage kitchen workflow effectivelyIf you are a passionate chef with a flair for creativity and leadership, we invite you to join our team as Sous/Senior Chef.Accommodation may be available on site for the right person.
