The role You''ll be at the heart of our commercial team, working closely with our Chief Commercial Officer, Sales Director and the sales team. It''s a varied role. One day you''re organising diaries and meetings, the next you''re rebooking a flight at short notice. You''ll get to know how each director likes to work, spot what''s needed and take ownership of keeping things moving. We''re a friendly, supportive team who enjoy what we do and look out for each other. You''ll report to our People Director. What you''ll do You''ll: • Manage diaries and book internal and external meetings • Plan UK and long-haul travel and hotels, often on quick turnarounds • Manage inboxes and flag what needs a reply • Prepare agendas and presentations, minute meetings and chase actions • Run the sales phone line, fielding and redirecting calls • Help plan strategy days, events and our December conference What you''ll bring Essential: • Proven experience in an admin, PA, reception or office support role • Experience managing diaries and booking travel for other people • Intermediate skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Clear, ..... full job details .....
