Based in Dubai, but with the flexibility of a global reach, our client is a leading FinTech solutions provider specializing in pioneering technology.

The Head of Back Office Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes, managing invoicing, settlements, payments, client reporting, onboarding, and offboarding to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Responsibilities include:

Lead and optimize invoicing, payment settlements, financial reconciliations, and client reporting across multiple business units.

Implement financial and operational controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Maintain data integrity and accuracy through controls and audits.

Design and improve back-office processes for efficiency and scalability.

Collaborate with finance, legal, compliance, customer support, and tech teams to align workflows and resolve operational challenges.

Prepare and deliver client statements, reports, and internal documentation accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

At least 7 years of experience in brokerage operations or related financial services.

Extensive expertise in managing back-office operations within financial services, brokerage, fintech, or payment processing.

Strong knowledge of settlements, invoicing, payments, client onboarding/offboarding, data management, and regulatory reporting.

Ability to implement process improvements, lean methodologies, and automation strategies.

Experience ensuring seamless client onboarding/offboarding with full regulatory compliance.

Preferred Skills:

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
