Your reliable, retrofit-ready insights will support delivery of the Decent Homes Standard, achievement of EPC Band C by 2030, and our long-term net zero goals.Salary: £40,750 + car allowanceContract: PermanentYour week: 36.25 (Mon - Fri 9am - 5.15pm)Location: Hybrid - weekly presence required in Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Rushden or Boston officeSnapshot of your roleCarry out stock condition surveys of domestic properties, collecting accurate mandatory data to meet the Decent Homes Standard.Undertake PAS 2035 retrofit assessments, capturing EPC, fabric, heating and improvement opportunities to support retrofit planning.Identify defects and hazards including damp, mould and HHSRS Category 1 hazards, escalating immediately where required.Contribute to mid- and post-works inspections on planned investment programmes, especially Amber/Red contracts.Ensure surveys are completed right-first-time, processed accurately and uploaded promptly into asset systems.Engage professionally with residents during survey visits, explaining purpose and promoting confidence in Amplius services.What we''re looking forHNC or equivalent in Building/Surveying
