Starting on the 16th November 2026, you will be the main point of contact on-site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to premium standards. Key Responsibilities Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, subcontractors, and site progress.Health and Safety: Enforce strict health and safety compliance, conduct site inductions, and manage RAMS.Quality Control: Utilize your joinery expertise to ensure flawless finishes on all fit-out elements.Problem Solving: Resolve on-site technical issues and liaise regularly with the Project Manager. Requirements Qualifications: Valid SSSTS (or SMSTS) and CSCS Card are mandatory.Experience: Proven track record supervising commercial office fit-outs and refurbishments.Trade Background: Time-served joiner with deep technical knowledge of high-end internal fit-outs.First Aid: Current First Aid at Work certificate (preferred).
