Position: Site Manager Social Housing External Refurbishment Location: Mile End Excellent PAYE Umbrella day rates! Position: Site Manager required on a freelance basis in manage an external refurbishment project in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an external refurbishment project in Mile End reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager Project: The project is a £1.5 million project in East London. Work includes new roofs, new windows and concrete repair. Company Overview: Our client has established itself as one of the largest and most successful providers of social housing schemes in the South East. Individual: The successful individual will have previous experience with external packages dealing with high rise projects and large scaffolding packages on residential schemes.
