This is a sales management role for a dealmaker, not a KPI manager. Our client operates in the fast-moving world of commercial partnerships, connecting major brands with high-profile opportunities across professional sport. They have an established and successful sales team and are now looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to help take things to the next level. The team know how to open doors, develop opportunities and build relationships. Your job is to help them get the big deals over the line. You''ll lead from the front, getting involved when opportunities become larger, more complex or simply need some commercial creativity to make them happen. That could mean helping shape the proposition, working out what will make a deal stack up, joining senior-level negotiations or finding a different route when a potential agreement stalls.
