Director of Care Quality and Governance - covering East Anglia, Warwickshire, Nottinghamshire and Doncaster About the role: The Director of Care Quality and Governance provides strategic leadership and executive oversight for the organisation s quality, governance and assurance framework, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care across all services. Working collaboratively with Operational Directors, Registered Managers, Clinical Leads and Corporate Services, the Director provides strategic direction across quality assurance, safeguarding, risk management, complaints, incidents, regulatory compliance, clinical governance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver the organisation s Quality and Governance Strategy aligned with organisational objectives, regulatory requirements and best practice. Provide strategic advice, challenge and assurance to the Executive Team and Board regarding quality, governance, compliance and organisational risk. Establish effective governance frameworks that support the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care across all services.
