Corporate Paralegal Key Responsibilities: Working alongside partners, associates, knowledge lawyers, trainees, and fellow paralegals, you will use your own initiative and organisational skills to achieve key deadlinesAssist with transaction document execution and post completion mattersConduct legal research, pre completion searches, and Companies House filingsBible creation including preparing and rolling out ancillary documentsVerifications and due diligenceSetting up and managing data rooms Corporate Paralegal Skills and Requirements: Completed a Law degree (2:1 and above), GDL, LPC or have previous relevant Paralegal / CILEx experience)A keen interest in the Corporate practice areaAn interest in AI use / tech platforms
