Accounts and Credit Control Coordinator Location: Leatherhead, Surrey Salary: £32,000 £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am 5.00pm (37.5 hours per week) We re working with a well-established, specialist manufacturing and wholesale business based in Leatherhead, employing a close-knit team of around 20 people. They are looking for a proactive and organised Accounts and Credit Control Coordinator to support the smooth running of its day-to-day financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes working independently and takes pride in keeping accounts accurate, customers informed and payments on track. The Role You ll take responsibility for a varied range of accounts and credit control activities, helping to maintain accurate financial records, manage customer accounts and ensure payments are received promptly. Your responsibilities will include: Credit Control and Debt Recovery: Monitoring outstanding invoices, following up overdue payments and liaising professionally with customers to resolve queries and recover debts. Sales Ledger and Customer Accounts: Processing payments, reconciling customer accounts and statements, and maintaining accurate records. Banking and Reconciliation: Monitoring incoming payments, balancing the online ledger and ensuring transactions are recorded correctly.
