The ERP Applications Engineer role is part of our specialist Applications Delivery team, a group of dedicated technical professionals committed to delivering reliable IT services that directly support policing operations through the maintenance of robust, high-availability systems. As a ERP Applications specialist, you will focus on the operation and support of Oracle Fusion ERP systems, along with a range of related business applications. Your responsibilities will include responding to user queries, monitoring system performance, documenting support procedures, supporting system upgrades and maintenance activities, and contributing to ongoing service improvement initiatives.
