Purchase Ledger Supervisor
Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Stratford Upon Avon based client in their search for an experienced Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis. My client is looking for a proactive individual, with the ability to lead a small dynamic team during a period of exciting expansion. This position is fully office based. Daily duties and experience required includes: Lead, motivate, and develop the AP team to achieve high performance Undertake one-to-ones and ensure a positive working environment is maintained Ensuring the AP team process invoices accurately, efficiently and in line with company policy Oversee month-end and year-end AP close processes, ensuring accuracy of financial data Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and identify opportunities to add value Maintain accurate supplier information Supplier Statement reconciliation Support external audits, answering audit queries and providing information Ensure compliance with controls, policies and regulations Ensure timely payment of suppliers My client is a market leading business enjoying a period of sustained growth.
