Project Manager - Hotel Refurbishments

Are you a hands-on Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality refurbishment projects? We''re working with a leading, forward-thinking hospitality brand that''s on a mission to redefine the hotel experience in the UK - and they''re looking for someone like you to join their growing property team.

The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of bedroom refurbishment projects across a diverse hotel estate. You''ll lead the full project lifecycle - from initial scope and consultant briefing, through to tendering, site delivery and handover. With project values ranging from -100k to -2m, this is a role for someone who thrives on detail, process, and accountability.

What You''ll Be Doing:

• End-to-end management of multiple hotel refurbishment projects across the UK

• Working closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants (architects, designers, QS etc.)

• Overseeing cost, quality, programme, and compliance at every stage

• Conducting site visits, managing contractors, and ensuring safe, timely, on-brand delivery

• Maintaining tight budgetary control and leading project reporting

What We''re Looking For:

• Strong experience in construction project management - ideally within hotels

• Proven ability to brief, coordinate, and manage consultant teams

• Highly process-driven, with a keen eye for design detail and technical drawings

• Confident managing multiple projects at once, with national travel as required

• A team player with strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
