Day-to-Day of the role: Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions across various ICT qualifications, including BTEC and T Level.Ensure high levels of student retention and achievement through compelling and digitally integrated lessons.Manage courses as required, maintaining high standards in line with College expectations.Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Requirements: Proven experience as an ICT Lecturer.In-depth knowledge of BTEC and T Level qualifications.Up-to-date knowledge of the ICT and computing industry.Strong ability to deliver digital lessons and integrate technology into teaching.Excellent communication and
