Your new role
As a Multi-Trade Operative, you''ll carry out a variety of reactive and planned maintenance tasks across occupied and void properties. Your work will span multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, painting, and general building repairs. You''ll be expected to work independently, maintain high standards of workmanship, and ensure a positive experience for residents and clients.
What you''ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must hold anNVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in at least one core trade. You''ll need proven experience in multi-trade maintenance, a strong understanding of health and safety practices, and the ability to work confidently in occupied homes. A full UK driving licence and a valid CSCS card are desirable.
