Key Requirements:

To apply for the Head of Manufacturing position based in Kent you will ideally hold an engineering qualification:

• Science, manufacturing or engineering industry experience
• LEAN implementation expmaples, showing change management achievements
• Medium to low volume manufacturing environments (high volume still apply)
