You will be delivering, collecting, installing and maintaining essential healthcare equipment in customers'' homes, making a genuine difference to people''s everyday lives. We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and who treats every customer with empathy, dignity and respect.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely drive a company van to customers'' homes across the local area.Deliver, collect, install and carry out basic repairs to healthcare equipment.Demonstrate how equipment works, ensuring customers feel confident and supported.Provide outstanding customer service on every visit, showing patience, compassion and professionalism.Carry out basic DIY and installation tasks where required.Complete all paperwork and electronic records accurately.Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the company vehicle and equipment.Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including participation in an emergency on-call rota when required.What We''re Looking ForA full UK driving licence (essential).Clean DBS Check Previous van driving or multi-drop delivery experience is desirable.Excellent customer ..... full job details .....
