The organisation delivers a wide range of services, from ongoing maintenance through to substantial construction and refurbishment projects.This is an excellent opportunity to join an established delivery team working across a varied and technically interesting property portfolio.Your new role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a varied programme of works across two sites in the Taunton area, with the flexibility to be based from the site closest to you.You will manage construction and refurbishment projects from start to finish, working across a diverse estate that can include medical facilities, office buildings and specialist operational buildings.Your responsibilities will include:Managing construction and refurbishment projects from initial planning through to completionCoordinating contractors, supply chain partners, site teams and key stakeholdersManaging project costs, risks and contractual requirementsEnsuring works are completed safely, on time and to required quality standardsReviewing risk assessments and overseeing safe systems of workMonitoring project performance against agreed KPIsEnsuring compliance with relevant statutory, health, safety and environmental requirementsManaging stakeholder expectations and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycleSupporting ..... full job details .....
