The planning team has built a strong reputation for delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base including landowners, developers, and private clients.This appointment comes at an exciting time for the business, with a strong pipeline of work and clear plans for continued growth.The RoleThe successful candidate will work on a broad range of projects, including residential development, rural diversification schemes, commercial proposals, and strategic land promotions.Responsibilities will include:Preparing and managing planning applications and appealsUndertaking site appraisals and preparing planning statementsProviding strategic advice to clientsManaging projects from instruction through to determinationLiaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultantsSupporting business development activitiesAt Senior level, there will also be the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues and take a more active role in client relationship management.About YouMRTPI qualified or working towards chartershipExperience within a consultancy or local authority planning environment
