This is an exciting opportunity for a proven automotive Sales Manager to take ownership of a thriving department covering both new and used vehicle sales, leading an established team and driving performance across the dealership. The successful candidate will oversee a team consisting of 1 Sales Controller and 6 Sales Executives, with department expectations of approximately 60 used and 20 new vehicle sales per month.
