This role emphasizes a blended learning approach, utilizing both group sessions and one-on-one support to ensure learners achieve their qualifications. You will play a crucial role in fostering an inclusive learning environment that promotes skill development and personal growth.Key Responsibilities:Organize and deliver Functional Skills lessons in English and Maths.Utilize digital delivery models for effective blended learning.Conduct initial assessments and create action plans for learners.Maintain a caseload of learners and monitor their progress.Individualize programs to meet the needs of employers and learners.Participate in team meetings and standardization processes.Ensure accurate administration and compliance with data protection regulations.Education Requirements:Level 3 award in education and training (or equivalent).GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent).Experience Requirements:Proven track record of delivering Functional Skills to young people aged 16-24.Experience in training and assessment delivery, both face-to-face and remotely.Experience working with SEND or high-need learners.Effective self-management and workload management skills.Ability to build ..... full job details .....
