Paraplanner - Financial Planning Location: Worthing, West Sussex Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 depending on experience Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Pattern: Hybrid - minimum 2 days per week in the office following initial training About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join a friendly and supportive financial planning team in Worthing. This is a genuine technical Paraplanning role, with administration handled separately. You will work closely with Financial Advisers, providing research, technical analysis and high-quality suitability reports across a broad range of financial planning products and solutions. The role would suit someone with a minimum of 3 years'' Paraplanning experience who is confident producing full suitability reports and working across a range of products and providers. Ideally, you will hold the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, although candidates with significant relevant experience will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Work closely with Financial Advisers to undertake product and provider research. Identify appropriate and compliant solutions based on individual client circumstances. Prepare recommendation options and draft detailed suitability reports and proposals. Manage a high caseload of approximately 30 reports per month.
