As a Dental Nurse, you’ll look after every patient and support your dentist, with knowledge of Private, NHS and UDA treatments.Ensure you understand GDC and other regulatory responsibilities, and set the highest standards for your team and patients.Contribute to delivering excellent patient care with clinical freedom to choose the right solution for each patient.Support the dentists by emphasising teamwork within the surgery and working effectively to deliver care.Demonstrate excellent organisational and influencing skills to help the practice deliver effective care and meet performance goals.Understand Private and NHS dentistry and support offering treatment options to patients while driving surgery efficiency.Share knowledge and act as a role model to Trainee/Apprentice Nurses within your practice, buddying them through induction and providing support as they learn.Demonstrate a full understanding of GDC and other regulatory responsibilities.Commit to ongoing CPD and professional development.Qualifications
