As

Pastry Commis Chef

you will ensure the smooth running of your section by keeping it clean and tidy and will efficiently carry out the orders and specifications set by the Pastry Chef de Partie. You will produce high quality dishes from scratch whilst maintaining the high standards and expectations of the restaurant.

We are ideally looking for candidates who have:Previous experience as a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie, or an experienced Pastry Commis ChefPrevious experience of working in a high volume and fast paced high quality restaurant or private members clubA passion for pastry with a desire to learn and develop skillsAn excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
