This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for residential developments involving timber frame, traditional build and groundworks packages. You will oversee the commercial performance of projects, working closely with the Commercial Manager, site teams and subcontractors to ensure developments are delivered efficiently and within budget. Previous Quantity Surveying experience within residential development or housebuilding is essential for this position.
